Cookie Notice
Effective 30 September 2026 | frontierdatahive.com
This Cookie Notice explains how Hive Data Services Ltd, trading as Frontier Data Hive ("we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on frontierdatahive.com. Read it with our Privacy Notice.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and local storage. They can recognise a device, remember settings, support security, measure use and help deliver advertising. They may be set by us or by another organisation whose service we use.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Operate log-in, subscriptions, security, load balancing, fraud prevention and your privacy choices. | Always active because the Platform cannot function properly without them. |
| Analytics | When enabled, collect limited product-use events and approximate location to measure and improve the Platform. We use the request IP to derive location, then discard the raw address. We do not collect page text, search terms, financial values or full URLs for this purpose. | Optional and off by default. Sent only after explicit opt-in and while collection is enabled. Withdraw in Cookie Settings. |
| Advertising | Deliver, limit and measure advertisements and campaigns, and where permitted infer interests across services. | Used only with consent or an applicable opt-out framework. You can change the choice in Cookie Settings. |
3. Your choices
Optional product analytics requires explicit opt-in and is currently disabled. The banner lets you accept all currently available optional technologies, reject non-essential technologies or customise choices. Advertising remains disabled. Change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and discards unsent events; earlier events remain until their retention limit or a separate erasure request. Your choice is normally stored for that browser or device and may need to be repeated after cookies are cleared or our technologies materially change.
4. Current cookies, providers and duration
The inventory below is the current record of individual technologies used on the Platform, including provider, category, purpose and typical duration. Some expire when the browser closes; others persist for the period shown or until deleted. We update the list when configurations change.
5. Third parties and advertising
When optional analytics is enabled after opt-in, Hive may use an analytics service provider to process limited product-use events and derive approximate location from the request IP on our behalf. The provider discards the raw IP after processing. We do not collect page text, search terms, financial values or full URLs for this purpose. Advertising remains disabled. Disabling optional analytics does not prevent essential use.
6. Browser and device controls
Browsers let you block or delete cookies, and device settings may limit advertising identifiers. Blocking all cookies can prevent log-in, saved settings or other core functions. We handle browser preference signals where required by law and supported by our systems.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice and request a fresh choice where required. Questions may be sent to info@choosehive.com. Controller: Hive Data Services Ltd, trading as Frontier Data Hive.
